All warranty issues are to be handled directly with the manufacturer.

You must report any shipping damages directly to the carrier.

In the unlikely event that you received a defective product, we will do everything we can to get you a replacement as soon as possible. I try to keep a good amount on inventory in stock. So, if you have a problem with something, like a mobile phone accessory, an exchange is usually no problem.
